A marker render must be colored in of the two restaurant photos. It may be done digitally as long as the marker looks like it was done by hand. The render must include proper shadings for shadows and the renders must have proper renderings of certain material looks such as wood. I have attached a mood board file that shows the color palette I wish to use for the drawings. I have also attacked a photo of an example of what a proper marker rendering would look like. My only requirement are keep the leaf chairs green and make the floor some type of wood. The rest is up to you interpretation based on the color palette.
