Question: I'm Unsure How To Create An Analysis Plan For My Data

I have collected survey data from self-identified Black women senior executives. The goal of the questions is to measure whether or not they are thriving based on the presence of 1) vitality and 2) learning. I am also testing for the presence of 4 organizational strategies that have been found to support thriving including 1) minimized incivility 2) intersectionality awareness 3) positive deviance framework and 4) critical management stance. Additionally, I am measuring for other areas that have been shown to correlate to career satisfaction for Black women. Each of the survey questions corresponds to one of these areas. I am attaching a spread sheet that maps which questions correspond to each construct. I would like to create a composite score for each construct. For instance , Strongly Disagree= 1 and Strongly Agree= 5. A score of x indicates strong presence of the construct.
Finally, I am comparing the responses of women who work inside of an organization called City Year to women who work outside of the organization. A list of which women from the data are employees of CY will be provided.
