1. Find an in-depth current event article (from a reliable source) within the past few years that focuses on the challenges/conditions facing any of the countries or regions covered in Chapter 30 (Russia, China, or India). Then, create a reference/works cited for that source.

2. Summarize the main content of that article - use summary assistant and clearly list the noun/who, what, when, where, why/how. Then, after identifying the Ws and H, include a summary sentence(s) for the article.

3.Connect your article back to ch 30 Revolution and Nationalism using APA citations (must connect a quote from the article to a quote in the text-book). Make sure to cite evidence from both the text-book and your modern current event article. Provide explanation/commentary on how the country's history (from chapter 30) created the conditions that led to the present day situation in your chosen country. OR explain how the historical themes of that region still apply today (for example - is the country still using certain types of propaganda to influence its people)
