Machine Learning Project

Working with 4 different datasets that all have race/ethnicity as an attribute. My goal is to see if a different attribute such as income can predict the race/ethnicity attribute. The language this needs to be done is python 3 or 2 since they have useful machine learning packages such as scikit. I am allowed to use whatever machine learning algorithms such as logistic regression, neural networks, decision trees etc to try to predict the race/ethnicity attribute. 

These are the 4 different datasets I am looking at, and what potential attributes I can use to see if it can predict race/ethnicity. 

1. Adult Data Set

This dataset includes education, marital status, relationship, and of course race as some of the attributes.

2. Drug Consumption (quantified) Data Set

This dataset includes education and ethnicity. I can use this dataset to see if education can predict the ethnicity.

3. Students Performance in Exams

In this dataset I’d like to see if the parental level of education can predict the race/ethnicity

4. PISA Test Scores

In this dataset there are multiple attributes that I can test to see if it can predict race, such as motherBachelors, fatherBachelors, mothersHS, and fathersHS.
