2. Reflect on structural barriers that these minors will face upon the (potential) reunification with their families in the U.S., including, but not limited to, trouble enrolling in school, issues with accessing higher education (beyond high school), obtaining scholarships, and obtaining a job.

3. Consider how this relates to diversity in the workplace (hint: further follow-up revealed that several of these minors went on to apply and be granted asylum).

4. Research current policies within the U.S. that might be further oppressing these individuals on a systemic level. Include current news articles and/or research that relates to this population and diversity within the workplace. Be sure to cite your sources!
